Software Developer 
Reporting to the software development applications manager, we have a requirement for one software developer fulfilling the following responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Software development and testing
- Research, Development and a strong background knowledge with Algorithm Software Programming
Key Qualifications Required:
- University degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering
- 3+ years Software Development experience.
- 3+ years C/C++/MFC development skills and database development.
- .Net experience is an asset.
- A detailed and technical orientation
- Good team interaction skills and a strong belief in teamwork

Pattern Recognition Software Developer
Reporting to the Vice President of Product Applications, the ideal candidate should have an advanced level understanding of pattern recognition methodologies as well as have strong background in algorithmic development and mathematics.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Developing new algorithms for fingerprint recognition
- Assist Electronic/Optical Hardware Development to ensure needs are met
- Research, Develop and Prove algorithms where necessary
University degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics (Masters degree preferred) 5+ years Software Development experience Good communication, both oral and written Excellent C/C++ development skills. Knowledge of pattern recognition methodologies. Experience with fingerprint processing is preferred. Knowledge of security application design and implementation practices A detailed and technical orientation |
Electronic/Optical Device Engineer
Reporting to the Vice President of Product Applications, the Electronic/Optical Device Engineer should have hands-on experience developing electronic and optical devices as well as writing software drivers.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Developing electronic and optical devices
- Developing software drivers for different operating system
- Programming on embedded systems
Key Qualifications Required: Bachelors or higher degree in Science, Engineering or Mathematics. 5+ years Hardware Development experience. Strong experience in developing electronic and optical devices Excellent DSP/embedded system development skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Good team interaction skills and a strong belief in teamwork

C++ Software Developer
Reporting to the Vice President of Product Applications, the ideal candidate should have an advanced level understanding of OO design, C++ programming, Client/Server structure, SQL syntax, Distributed Computing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and support fingerprint management systems.
- Work with distributed multi-threaded systems: Windows XP and MySql.
- Develop new software and enhance existing systems using Visual C++.
- Write small scripts and database queries for log-file analysis and application troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of extensive professional MFC C++ programming experience in a windows environment.
- Knowledge of SQL. Comfortable with programming in a production environment. Familiarity with networks (IP, NAT, firewalls, sniffers and routers). Experience with distributed multi-threaded technology is a strong plus.
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
